OMG Paleo Crackers! I was so excited on how amazing these came out. We enjoyed these crackers with my Kale, Bacon and Artichoke Dip. Go ahead and make these.
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl add in almond flour, coconut flour, tapioca flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, oregano and sage. Use a fork to combine all ingredients well.
In a small bowl whisk eggs then add into the dry ingredients and combine then use your hand to knead for about 2-3 minutes until you form the dough easily.
Lay a piece of parchment paper over a large baking sheet and place dough in the center. Spread out starting with your hands then place another piece of parchment and press until you have a nice even layer about 1/8 inch.
With the parchment paper on top slice into your cracker shapes. I used my pizza wheel which worked great but a sharp knife will be fine as well. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden. Cool completely then enjoy!
Store in a sealed container.
