During my journey with black bean pasta I needed to include a recipes with garlic shrimp and you should really give this one a try! Full of flavor...
Cook pasta in large pot of boiling salted water until for 6 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add In oil then shrimp. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add in butter and garlic. Once the butter has melted and begins to lightly bubble add in lemon juice, white wine, chicken broth and red pepper flakes. Let simmer for about 2-3 minutes.
Take the black bean pasta and lay on the bottom of a serving bowl or platter.
Add the shrimp along the platter then pour over the liquid. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve to enjoy.
